Role Description

Join Frisian Flag Indonesia, a leading entity within the Asia business group, as an ASM Modern Trade Pontianak, focusing on the dynamic Modern Trade sector. In this pivotal role, you will focus in Modern Trade Independ or Local MTI where your efforts will directly influence the company's sales growth and market presence.

As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of ambitious sales targets across Modern Trade channels. Your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Monitoring sales performance to ensure optimal results.
• Overseeing product availability to prevent stockouts.
• Managing the execution of promotions and in-store displays to maximise consumer engagement and sales conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales minimal 3 years, preferably within the modern trade or retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market intelligence to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and external partners.
• Motivated by targets and driven to deliver measurable results.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and evolving marketplace.
• Willing to be relocated in the future.
• Have Sim (Driving license) A.

Requirements

• Support achievement of sales targets by actively managing and monitoring sales activities across Modern Trade channels in West Kalimantan area.
• Ensure product availability and prevent stockouts through effective coordination with supply chain and retail partners.
• Drive successful execution of promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives to maximise consumer engagement and sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, distributors, and retail partners to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor performance, evaluate customer behaviour, and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies on the ground.
• Lead and inspire team members by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and continuous learning.
