[Hiring] Area Sales Manager @ECOMAL Europe

Role Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you represent ECOMAL in your sales territory Italy and play a key role in expanding sustainable customer relationships in the Avionic, Military and Space market:

• Customer focus: Support and advise existing and new customers in your regional sales area on electronic and electromechanical components, both in person and digitally.
• Business development: Acquire new customers, identify potential opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships.
• From offer to order: Prepare and follow up on offers, conduct price negotiations, and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Target ownership: Responsible for sales, budget, and margin, realizing the jointly defined sales targets.
• Structured sales work: Analyze ongoing business, create customer profiles, presentations, and travel reports, and derive follow-up activities from them.
• Strong collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team and business development department to provide optimal customer service and ensure growth.

Qualifications

• A degree in business or engineering, e.g., industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the electronics or industrial sector.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• A goal-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• A high degree of independence, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers.
