Role Description
The client is seeking a full time Appointment Setter & Lead Management Specialist to handle inbound lead follow up, appointment scheduling, and lead pipeline management. This role is heavily phone based and requires someone who is confident making outbound calls, following up persistently, and maintaining strong communication with potential customers throughout the scheduling process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast paced sales environment, and adaptable enough to assist with administrative tasks during slower lead periods. Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow Up & Appointment Setting

Respond quickly to inbound Facebook and marketing generated leads

Make outbound calls to follow up with leads throughout the day

Qualify potential customers based on provided criteria

Schedule on site appointments for the sales team

Maintain consistent communication with leads to maximize conversion rates

Use persistence and follow up strategies to re engage older leads in the pipeline

CRM & Pipeline Management

Manage and update lead information inside Go High Level CRM

Track lead activity, follow up attempts, and appointment statuses

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and appointment details

Organize lead pipelines and maintain workflow efficiency

Sales Coordination & Administrative Support

Coordinate appointment schedules with field sales representatives
-
Dispatch sales representatives for scheduled on site visits

Assist with administrative tasks during slower lead flow periods

Support operational organization and communication between teams

Prepare and organize templated customer estimates for the sales closer using pre established formats and processes

Ensure estimates are accurate, properly formatted, and ready for the sales team to present to clients

Support the closer by maintaining organized documentation and administrative preparation for appointments
Qualifications

Fluent English and Spanish communication skills

Very neutral English accent required

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, SDR, call center, or lead generation roles

Strong phone communication and objection handling skills

Comfortable making high volume outbound calls daily

Experience working with CRM systems

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Requirements

Experience in home services industries such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, solar, or related fields

Familiarity with Go High Level CRM

Experience handling inbound marketing leads from Meta or Google campaigns

Previous experience supporting U.S. based service businesses
