Role Description

The Navigate Patient Growth Coordinator is one of the most important drivers of Navigate Health & Wellness’s growth, serving as the first human connection prospective patients experience when reaching out for care. This role is responsible for converting inbound leads into confirmed, deposited new patient appointments with speed, warmth, and genuine professionalism while also supporting the company’s broader front-end growth through:

• Reactivation
• Social media communication
• Pipeline management
• Direct operational support

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of overall formal work experience
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage high-volume follow-up processes
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must have own webcam, microphone, and computer (relevant software and subscriptions provided)
• Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C2 in CEFR Scale)
• Access to a quiet work area at home with reliable internet (100 Mbps or more)

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, or medical sales (preferred)
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and social media lead management (preferred)
• Previous remote SDR or patient coordinator experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of sales reporting and pipeline optimization (preferred)
• Experience with deposit collection or front-end sales processes (preferred)

Benefits

• Q9,000 base salary + unlimited commissions
• Full-time role
• Remote work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 6:00 PM EST and Saturday 8:00 - 12:00 PM EST (subject to changes due to daylight saving time)

Recruiting Process

• Application / Screening: Short questionnaire, psychometric evaluation, and English proficiency assessment
• Skills Assessment: Exercises/projects to gauge skill level
• Skills Assessment Interview: 60-90 minute conversation to evaluate skills and culture fit
• Hiring Manager Final Interview: 30-60 minute conversation with the Hiring Manager and team members
• Process duration: 2-6 weeks depending on position seniority
