Role Description

Our team supports members of labor unions and associations across North America who are looking for information about supplemental benefit programs. Because members have already expressed interest, your conversations are focused on providing information, answering questions, and helping families understand their available options — not cold calling or door-to-door prospecting.

Your primary responsibility will be helping members navigate the benefit process from their initial appointment through enrollment and follow-up:

• Connect with members who have requested benefit information
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Learn about each member’s needs and priorities
• Review and explain available benefit programs
• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
• Assist members with selecting appropriate options
• Complete applications and required documentation
• Maintain organized client records
• Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and approachable interpersonal skills
• Good organization and time-management abilities
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
