Role Description
Du suchst eine flexible Tätigkeit im Homeoffice und hast Spaß am Telefonieren? Dann bist du bei mir genau richtig! Ich bin im Bereich Photovoltaik tätig und helfe Menschen dabei, auf nachhaltige Energie umzusteigen. Zu meiner Unterstützung suche ich eine Terministin (m/w/d) zur Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen – ausschließlich mit warmen Leads (keine Kaltakquise!).
- Anrufen von warmen Leads (keine Kaltakquise!)
- Terminvereinbarung für meine Beratungsgespräche
- Versand von Terminbestätigungen
- Pflege im CRM & Kalendereinträge
Qualifications
- Freude am Telefonieren
- Zuverlässigkeit & Eigeninitiative
- Ausreichend Zeit unter der Woche
- Deutsch Muttersprache ist notwendig
Requirements
- Ca. 20–50 Termine pro Monat
- Mehrere Wählversuche pro Kontakt notwendig
- Flexible Zeiteinteilung im Homeoffice
