[Hiring] Appointment Setter @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Appointment Setter to join a UK-based business remotely. Your job is simple to describe and takes real skill to do well: reach out to prospects, start a conversation and get a qualified meeting in the diary for the sales team. This is a full-time, 100% remote role working 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

You will be the first voice a prospect hears, so warmth, clarity and persistence count. No cold-calling background is required if you can hold a good conversation and stick with a follow-up sequence.

• Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn using provided lists and scripts
• Qualify interest against a simple set of criteria before booking
• Book and confirm meetings in the sales team calendar
• Send reminders and reduce no-shows with timely follow-up
• Log every touchpoint accurately in the CRM
• Feed back on what messaging is landing and what is not

Qualifications

• Clear spoken English and a friendly telephone manner
• Experience with outreach, customer service or call centre work is helpful
• Familiarity with email, calendars and basic CRM tools
• Organised follow-up habits and comfort with a daily activity target
• A stable internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet workspace
• Availability across UK business hours

Requirements

• A single monthly salary of R23 000, paid on time
• Fully remote work from home anywhere in South Africa
