Role Description

Join Remote Recruitment as an entry-level Appointment Setter supporting UK-based businesses. This fully remote role requires no prior experience — all the training you need to start booking appointments and generating leads for UK clients is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or chat to book appointments
• Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the UK sales team
• Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools
• Following up with prospects to confirm and reschedule appointments
• Meeting daily and weekly appointment-booking targets

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)
• Clear, confident spoken and written English
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Equipment & Setup

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
