[Hiring] Account Partner, Quality @Veeva Systems

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Partner, Quality to drive sales and customer success for the Veeva Quality Cloud across named biotechnology accounts. This exciting, high-impact opportunity requires both experience selling enterprise technology to C-Level operational leaders and an entrepreneurial mindset around bringing new Quality-focused applications to market. To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability, and working effectively within a cross-functional team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, team-first work style, growth mindset, and strong judgement.

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies for Veeva Quality Cloud across a portfolio of biotechnology customers
• Build trusted relationships with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, IT, and executive stakeholders
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
• Understand customer business priorities and align Veeva solutions to measurable outcomes
• Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals
• Act with urgency, integrity, and a core focus on customer success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience selling technology solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
• Entrepreneurial instincts; ability to understand strategy and connect it to operations
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales role to C-Level executives
• Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives
• Have a creative mindset to make things happen
• Ability to travel to customers as needed

Compensation

Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
