[Hiring] Account Manager - Sales @H.B. Fuller

Role Description

• Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the territory of responsibility.
• Identify and satisfy customers' needs and provide value-added solutions to gain new business or recover lost ones.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with various decision-makers of existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical service, including troubleshooting and application training, on-site to customers.
• Support customers in trials, orders, and daily uses of H.B. Fuller products.
• Provide accurate forecasts of customer demand on different products to operations on time.
• Collect all payments when they’re due; help the financial department control credits to customers to avoid bad debts.
• Work with other machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.
• Others as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• At least 5 years working experience in the chemical, woodworking, or woodworking machine or material market field.
• Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
• Strong ability to grow sales revenue and manage accounts receivable.
• Strong drive to excel.
• Value selling mindset.
• English reading and writing skills are a plus.
