Role Description
Our client is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to develop and grow its business across the Benelux region. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers while representing a leading cybersecurity proposition across multiple industries.
The Account Manager will take ownership of new business development and territory growth, managing opportunities throughout the complete customer lifecycle. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, this person will play a key role in building a high-growth, repeatable business across the region.
What will you do?

Focus on new-logo acquisition and new business development by leveraging an existing network and qualifying leads across multiple vertical markets.

Deliver successfully against assigned quota targets.

Build a strong regional pipeline consisting of both new customers and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.

Provide accurate forecasts for quarterly bookings and business plans.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, communicate the value proposition, and secure renewable business.

Deliver a white-glove customer experience and act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers regarding the challenges the company's solutions address.

Develop expert-level knowledge of the company's value proposition.

Coordinate customer activities and engagements across Channel, Systems Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and Finance.

Promptly share relevant customer information with internal teams through Salesforce.

Collaborate with Marketing on events and related activities.

Secure key reference accounts within relevant industry verticals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers throughout the Benelux region.
Requirements

2+ years of proven experience working within a vendor environment.

A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to self-prospect and proactively create new opportunities.

A proven record of consistent quarterly overachievement.

Experience selling network security products and comfort working within early-stage growth companies.

Understanding of SaaS sales within a subscription model and experience working toward ACV targets.

Direct sales experience, ideally involving industrial automation, industrial controls, and/or industrial security customers.

Knowledge of information security principles and networking technologies.

A background in OT/IoT with an industrial focus, such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Manufacturing, is considered an advantage.

Ability to navigate customer organizations, build relationships with relevant contacts, and understand decision-making processes.

Experience establishing and developing strong Channel Partner relationships.

High integrity and a consultative approach to building customer trust and selling value.

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.

Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
