[Hiring] Account Manager @NMC sa

Role Description

As an Account Manager and member of the Benelux Sales Team, you will be responsible for the sales of our products within the Design Elements segment. You will be active in the Dutch Market, managing customers within the DIY, PRO, and Project channels, further developing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business partners for our premium brand NOËL & MARQUET.

• Actively manage and further develop existing customers in the Dutch market (DIY, PRO, and Project);
• Systematically acquire new customers and identify market potential to further strengthen our market position;
• Identify and build relationships with property developers and architects in close cooperation with the Project Account Manager;
• Build and maintain sustainable, long-term customer relationships;
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales opportunities while establishing a structured project pipeline;
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and training sessions;
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service;
• Perform market and competitor analyses and share relevant market insights;
• Keep CRM data up to date, prepare commercial reports, and support forecasting activities;
• Report directly to the Sales Manager Design Elements.

Qualifications

• Commercial education or a Bachelor's degree with a commercial background;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the interior design, construction, or industrial sector;
• Proactive, commercially minded, and strong in business development and prospecting;
• Strong customer and service orientation;
• Independent, structured, and results-driven working style;
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a professional appearance;
• Excellent command of Dutch, very good command of French, and good command of English;
• Affinity with design, architecture, and high-quality interior solutions.
