[Hiring] Account Executive - Industrial Reagents & Equipment @AquaPhoenix Scientific LLC

Role Description

AquaPhoenix Scientific has an immediate opening for an Account Executive to lead sales and customer relations initiatives across the Mountain West and West Coast regions. Primary responsibilities include driving sales growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities by offering the Company’s industrial reagents, test kits, and equipment products.

The successful candidate will provide technical solutions to customers, proactively manage the full sales cycle, and meet sales targets by building partnerships that fuel long-term growth. This is a remote position and is subject to customary travel as reasonably required by the Company to perform the essential responsibilities of the role.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts within a sales territory.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as a resource to resolve barriers to success by collaborating with internal and external customers.
• Develop monthly sales targets and report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track long-range pipeline of sales that meet and exceed company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop a thorough understanding of industry products and services.
• Meet regularly with internal teams to discuss project progress and find new ways to improve business and processes.
• Must be accurate, highly organized, able to make sound decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma with extensive water treatment industry knowledge.
• 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Advanced degree, military experience, vocational training or similar in business, marketing, chemistry, or engineering is beneficial.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations and/or receiving positive customer feedback.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• A valid US driver’s license in good standing.
• Capacity to travel to customer locations, trade shows, and other business needs with little advance notice.
