Role Description
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there.
What You'll Do:

Drive Revenue Growth:
Own the full sales cycle for mid market accounts, primarily sourced by Eve Legal. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Serve as a Trusted Advisor:
Build a deep understanding of customer challenges and desired outcomes. Clearly communicate how Eve can help customers achieve their goals.

Manage Strategic Sales Cycles:
Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Apply thoughtful, tailored approaches to address each clientβs needs.

Collaborate Cross Functionally:
Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and long term value.

Share Market Insights:
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product development and roadmap planning.

Requirements

For sales roles, the range provided is the roleβs On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Eve and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidateβs experience, qualifications, and location.

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
