Role Description
WeVideo is seeking a Sales Account Executive with a high-velocity, "killer instinct" to drive expansion and growth revenue back to our existing K-12 customer portfolio. This is an Expansion Hunter position, responsible for:

Aggressive Revenue Expansion:
Drive 100% of your quota through upsells, cross-sells, and seat expansions, targeting low-spend accounts to turn them into high-value enterprise partners.

Pipeline Architecture:
Build your own pipeline by proactively mining the current customer list and utilizing technology signals to identify districts primed for expansion.

Strategic Multi-Threading:
Engage with multiple stakeholders to expand WeVideo's footprint across new departments and grade levels.

Drive Complex Expansion Cycles:
Manage multi-stage sales processes from initial identification to close, involving deep discovery and rigorous qualification frameworks.

Execute Deep Discovery:
Conduct root-cause analysis to connect WeVideo's platform to the district's business impacts and strategic goals.

The "Stage" Presence:
Own the room through presentation and communication skills, effectively conveying ROI and vision.

Cross-Functional Synergy:
Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and run targeted campaigns.

Master the AI-Powered Sales Cycle/Tech Fluency:
Utilize AI for research and data-backed insights throughout the sales process.

Negotiation & Procurement:
Lead complex negotiations for expanded contracts, navigating procurement and funding hurdles in the K-12 sector.
Qualifications

3β5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the K-12 EdTech space.

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding expansion or new-logo quotas.

Experience in scrappy, start-up environments.

Clear evidence of success, such as President's Club, internal promotions, and specific quota achievements.

Upbeat, tenacious, and gritty personality.

Salesforce knowledge required; early adopter of AI tools.
