Role Description
We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to grow our Creatio and CRM Practice by identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise opportunities across North America. This is an ideal role for a motivated hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, builds executive-level relationships, and brings discipline to the full sales process β including the follow-up and administration that turns pipeline into closed business.

Identify, engage, and develop new Creatio and CRM opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts

Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders

Understand customer challenges and position BIG's Creatio and consulting solutions as strategic enablers

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close

Leverage our Premier Creatio Partnership to accelerate opportunities and access partner-sourced leads

Maintain disciplined, accurate pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM

Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery to develop targeted go-to-market strategies

Create and execute outbound strategies including account-based outreach, event engagement, and multi-channel prospecting

Develop long-term account strategies aligned to customer transformation initiatives

Represent BIG at industry, partner, and client events

Travel up to 40% as needed for client and partner engagement
Qualifications

2+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or business applications sales

Proven success selling complex technology or professional services solutions

Experience engaging C-level executives and senior business stakeholders

Strong consultative and value-based selling skills

Disciplined approach to sales-process follow-up, administration, and CRM hygiene

Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, virtual, and in-person settings

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and pipeline-generation metrics

Highly organized with strong planning and territory management

Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a highly autonomous environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling Creatio or other CRM/automation platforms

Experience selling professional and implementation services

Familiarity with Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare

Experience in a remote or distributed sales organization

Knowledge of digital transformation, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, or AI-driven solutions
