[Hiring] Account Executive, Consumer Partners @Equifax

Role Description

The US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit at Equifax is seeking a strategic Account Executive to join our Consumer Partners sales team. In this high-touch, client-facing role, you will be responsible for revenue generation, relationship management, and driving comprehensive Equifax engagement within assigned B2B2C accounts.

As a trusted advisor, you will execute growth strategies and manage profitable expansion within some of Equifax’s largest and most complex partnerships. This position requires a high level of commitment and the ability to orchestrate alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.

An ideal candidate will be a natural, forward, out of the box thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, have expert-level negotiating skills, an aptitude for technology and the ever-evolving AI landscape, a solid grasp of financial industry data, impeccable internal & external communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and an ability to optimize and orchestrate internal & external stakeholders all while maintaining meaningful partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, or other Enterprise-level, quota-carrying sales role
• Ability to manage high-level key, strategic accounts within a complex, matrixed corporate environment
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to sell a suite of customizable, highly technical data solutions and cloud-based products
• Deep understanding of existing and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements
• Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to command a room at the C-suite level

Requirements

• Foster and maintain executive-level customer relationships, establishing long-term credibility and trust
• Actively manage the existing revenue base while identifying and executing opportunities for expansion through strategic upselling and cross-selling of the Equifax solution suite
• Navigate the Equifax matrix seamlessly, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and significant revenue growth
• Lead account strategy, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and a consistent meeting cadence (virtual and in-person)
• Lead complex contract negotiations with precision and confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes in high-stakes environments
• Orchestrate internal resources to deliver customized solutions while multitasking across high-priority initiatives
