Weβre growing fast in Italy, where Ideals is already a leading name in the M&A space. To accelerate the next chapter of our VDR growth, weβre looking for a highly motivated Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in Milan who will join our three on-the-ground teammates.

Own the full sales cycle with strategic Italian accounts β from prospecting to closing

Drive new business by engaging key decision-makers and hitting your targets

Execute go-to-market strategy for Italy in close partnership with Sales & Marketing

Take part in arranging M&A Community events to strengthen Idealsβ brand presence

Deliver impactful product presentations and guide prospects with insights that support their success

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Inside Sales to maximize client value and revenue

Be a voice of the customer β sharing product feedback that helps shape our roadmap
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a full 360 sales cycle within the B2B or professional services sector

Willingness and ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients

A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals

Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery

Can-do attitude with a passion for continuous improvement

Native-level proficiency in Italian, and C1 level in English
