[Hiring] Account Executive @Kind Lending

Role Description

The Account Executive is responsible for the solicitation of new business for the company, development of marketing materials, and recommending the approval of new brokers to the wholesale manager. Account executives also maintain existing relationships with wholesale broker production sources.

• Solicit and develop a prospective B2B client pipeline.
• Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity within designated territory.
• Manage pipeline / maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by Kind Lending.
• Disciplined relationship management of approved accounts with a focus on account activity, wallet share, and market-share metrics.
• Drive improvements/efficiencies with clients.
• Develop production forecasts and marketing/business plans outlined with relevant strategies.
• Engage with client and prospective client database through multiple markets including phone, email, direct marketing, and social media tools.
• Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gather data and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Share ideas and best practices for success; serve as a peer mentor when called upon.
• Communicate / develop relationships with operations / fulfillment team members.
• Provide market intelligence.
• Have fluency of industry knowledge and enhance your expertise through training, industry publications, and lending bulletins.
• Be a subject matter expert on Kind Lending policies, procedures, products, and technology.
• Conduct group presentations over phone/video to present our process, product, and technology platforms.
• Provide excellent service through disciplined follow-up and guidance to our Broker Partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recent experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven production history and established broker base.
• Strong knowledge in "A" Paper.
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work remotely to establish, maintain and grow relationships, face to face if local over the phone, email, or other electronic forums.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
