[Hiring] Account Executive @Revalize

Role Description

The Account Executive – SpecPage is a results-driven hunter responsible for driving new logo acquisition within the Food & Beverage industry. This role combines consultative sales expertise with strategic business development to deliver innovative specification management solutions that simplify compliance and accelerate product innovation.

• Drive new logo acquisition for SpecPage across the DACH food and beverage market through proactive prospecting and disciplined lead qualification.
• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to contract negotiation and close, running a consultative process with R&D, quality, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceed new business targets with accurate CRM records and reliable forecasting in Salesforce and Clari.
• Translate customer challenges in specification management, compliance, and labeling into a clear business case for SpecPage and the wider Revalize PLM portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to win deals and hand over new customers cleanly.
• Represent Revalize at industry events and client meetings across DACH, building relationships with associations and technology partners.
• Use AI-assisted tools for account research, outreach, and deal preparation to increase selling time and sharpen every conversation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying, new logo (hunter) role, ideally in software or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets using a consultative or solution-based approach.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-40% within DACH.

Requirements

• Experience selling into food, beverage, or process manufacturing, or familiarity with specification and compliance workflows.
• Background in SaaS for product lifecycle, quality, ERP, or compliance management, or selling to mid-market manufacturers.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, and AI-driven sales tools.

Benefits

• On-Target Earnings €114.000 - €160.000 per year, with uncapped commission.

Additional Information

• Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
