[Hiring] Account Executive @Bedrock Facility Solutions

Role Description

We are hiring an Account Executive to bring new clients to Bedrock. You will take qualified opportunities from the first discovery call through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement. Some opportunities will come from our Business Development team, and you will also be expected to build relationships and create opportunities of your own.

Most conversations will be with business owners, COOs, facilities leaders, operations teams, and finance leaders at companies with multiple locations. This is not a quick transactional sale. You need to understand how the client manages facility work today, where the process is falling short, and whether Bedrock or Pebble can help.

What You Will Do

• Run discovery calls with prospective clients
• Learn how each company handles work orders, assets, preventive maintenance, service providers, invoices, and location history
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, business needs, decision process, timing, and budget
• Present Bedrock’s facility services and demonstrate Pebble
• Work with leadership to prepare pricing, proposals, and service recommendations
• Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and forecasts in HubSpot
• Work closely with Business Development, operations, and customer success during the sales process
• Provide a clear handoff after an agreement is signed
• Attend client meetings and business events throughout Florida when needed

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience closing new business in a business to business sales role
• A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience managing a complete sales process from discovery through signed agreement
• Confidence speaking with executives, facilities leaders, operations teams, and other decision makers
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and follow through skills
• Good judgment and the ability to be honest when Bedrock is not the right fit
• Experience using a CRM and keeping an organized pipeline
• Ability to work remotely and travel within Florida when needed
• Experience in facility services, commercial property services, construction, property management, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or business software is helpful but not required
• A college degree is not required
