Role Description

Own the sales cycle, start to finish, and build a lucrative book of business in your very own backyard. Target Area: Plano | Frisco | Prosper.

As part of the Premium Sales Team, you will:

• Generate new business as a C.C. Creations ambassador within your local community.
• Become a promotional products expert, from tee shirts to tumblers.
• Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting to pricing to order fulfilment.
• Utilize our ERP and CRM platforms to manage business communications.
• Collaborate with and add value to the department and your local team.
• Be supported, encouraged, and held accountable as you pursue your goals.

• Confident in your abilities and driven to reach and exceed goals.
• Collaborative, respectful, and reliable.
• Willing to invest the time needed to build success.
• Good with people, processes, and computers.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• An exceptional communicator with strong attention to details.

Requirements

• Attitude is everything. Those aren’t just words on our website.
• Sales and Customer Service experience are welcome but not required.
• A College degree is welcome but not required.
• Living in the area you will serve is a must.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• An internal drive to serve, grow, and win.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and computers, in general.
• Reliable transportation for visiting prospects and customers.
