[Hiring] Account Executive @VIATechnik

Role Description

This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.

The Account Executive drives net-new growth for VIATechnik's General Contractor vertical. This role focuses on winning new logos among mid-market and regional general contractors and expanding the strongest of those relationships into durable, repeat accounts.

• Own the full sales cycle, including qualifying inbound, running discovery, estimating and scoping with the studios, developing proposals, and closing contracts.
• Build relationships with project budget controllers such as VDC and preconstruction leaders, project executives, and self-perform operations leadership.
• Engage with a consultative approach while maintaining operational fluency to speak credibly about deliverables.
• Identify accounts to grow into enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in the construction or general contracting industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage in consultative selling.
• Operational fluency in construction processes.

Requirements

• Own inbound conversion and net-new revenue.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline in Salesforce.
• Convert project-based wins into repeat relationships.
• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Contribute to estimating speed and accuracy.

• Compensation of $290,000 – $350,000 OTE (60% base / 40% variable performance-based incentive compensation).
