[Hiring] Account Executive @Incentivio

Role Description

Incentivio seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within an assigned restaurant target segment.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned segment.
• Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B software sales role.
• Proven track record of working marketing and partner leads into closable pipeline, as well as self-source pipeline.
• Experience selling to restaurant brands in the USA/Canada.
• Restaurant SaaS Experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Open to traveling to customers and/or industry events.
