Role Description

As an Account Executive at Soulside AI, you will:

• Own full-cycle sales into behavioral health organizations—from first conversation through close.
• Run discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders, and tailor the case to each.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecasting accurately and keeping CRM data clean.
• Partner with clinical leadership to demonstrate impact on documentation quality, medical necessity, and denial reduction.
• Help define our sales motion, qualification standards, and playbooks as we scale.
• Represent Soulside at conferences and industry events as our presence grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience, ideally selling into healthcare or behavioral health provider organizations.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding targets, with the discipline to run a rigorous, multi-stakeholder sales process.
• Comfort selling to both clinical and finance leaders, who evaluate the same product differently.
• Strong written and verbal communication—clear, credible, and consultative.
• A builder's mindset: you're energized by defining the motion, not just running a script.
• Willingness to be in the room—customer calls, partner meetings, conferences.

Requirements

• Bonus points for direct behavioral health experience; familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows; experience selling AI or clinical software.
