[Hiring] Account Executive @Bookkeeper360

Role Description

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in helping small business owners discover how Bookkeeper360 can simplify and strengthen their financial operations. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through closing, while serving as a trusted advisor who understands each prospect's business goals and recommends the right solutions.

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through signed engagement
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and goals
• Educate prospects on Bookkeeper360's accounting, payroll, tax, sales tax, HR, and advisory solutions
• Develop customized service recommendations and pricing proposals
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through a consultative sales approach
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within the CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
• Stay current on Bookkeeper360's service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout every stage of the sales process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
• Experience selling accounting, payroll, HR, tax, financial services, SaaS, or professional services
• Platform experience with HubSpot and PandaDoc
• Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with business owners and executive-level decision makers
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Benefits

• OTE $120,000 - $140,000
• Base Salary range from $60,000-$70,000/year + uncapped commission
• Performance-based incentive bonus when you exceed On-Target Earnings (OTE)
