Role Description

Our sales leader, for the Application Testing team at Perforce is searching for an Account Executive to join the team. The Account Executive at Perforce will be a role at the developmental level within the sales team. Individuals in this position will be in the process of honing their expertise in sales strategies and practices. They will be responsible for handling a range of sales tasks, including:

• Meeting established sales objectives
• Managing customer relationships
• Addressing inquiries from clients
• Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure adherence to sales guidelines and standards
• Providing assistance to more senior sales professionals
• Contributing to resolving sales-related challenges

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or a related field

Requirements

• $75,000 - $150,000 a year
• The base pay range targeted for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 USD. This position is eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
• All employees are expected to demonstrate AI fluency appropriate to their role and level, including responsible use of AI tools, sound judgment, and adherence to company AI governance and security policy standards.
