We are seeking an exceptionally talented Account Executive to join our rapidly growing consulting team. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment β not just closing deals, but helping shape the playbook. This role is for someone who wants to own their outcomes, build something from the ground up, and grow alongside a product that solves a genuine pain felt by thousands of Windows development teams every day.

Qualifications

3β7 Years of B2B SaaS Sales Experience: A proven track record in a quota-carrying role selling technical products to developers, DevOps teams, or IT infrastructure buyers, with a demonstrated ability to close both inbound and self-sourced opportunities.

Technical Domain Knowledge: Experience selling data infrastructure products β such as Redis, MongoDB, Percona, Couchbase, or similar database and caching solutions β is a strong plus.

CRM Proficiency: Comfortable working with Pipedrive, Zoho, or comparable CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate pipeline data, activity records, and sound hygiene practices.

Sales Process Collaboration: A genuine willingness to improve sales processes, not just follow them β including contributing to playbooks, qualification frameworks, and go-to-market documentation.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to lead discovery calls, technical qualification, and deal navigation without a large support team behind you.

Startup Experience: Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced, and evolving environments where adaptability is not optional β itβs essential.
Requirements

Partnership Development Experience: A proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and technology ecosystem partners β including those within the Microsoft partner network.

Customer Lifecycle Management: Experience owning customer renewals, including proactive health checks, outreach, and negotiation to drive retention and reduce churn, as well as identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for inbound and self-sourced Memurai opportunities, from first contact to close.

Qualify, advance, and close a pipeline of SMB and mid-market enterprise leads across developer and IT buyer personas.

Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen lead-generation channels, drive outbound campaigns, and share field feedback on messaging and content gaps.

Follow up on leads from channel partners, resellers, and technology ecosystem partners.

Actively contribute to the design and documentation of Memuraiβs sales process, including playbooks, qualification frameworks, and CRM hygiene practices.

Represent Memurai in online communities, partner conversations, and customer calls with professionalism and technical credibility.

Own the customer renewal process, including proactive outreach, health checks, and negotiation to drive retention and reduce churn.

Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
What Success Looks Like

30 days: You understand the Memurai product, positioning, and existing pipeline. Youβre running your own calls and have taken ownership of active deals.

90 days: Youβve closed your first Memurai deals and have a clean, growing pipeline.

6 months: Youβre consistently hitting quota and actively collaborating on how Memurai goes to market.
