Role Description

As an Account Executive at Revit, you will own the sales cycle for inbound prospects, which includes:

  • Running discovery calls with inbound, qualified prospects to assess how we can assist them.
  • Building tailored proposals from our templates and guiding prospects through them.
  • Closing deals by sending contracts, collecting the first invoice, and introducing the delivery team.
  • Writing a clean handoff brief to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and your pipeline up to date.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2).
  • Experience selling to or working with US/European clients.
  • Understanding of lead generation processes, including outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, copywriting, and list research.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to ask questions before making recommendations.
  • Ability to provide honest, balanced feedback to prospects and teammates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick learning.

Requirements

  • By month 2, close 5–6% of the deals in your pipeline; by months 3–4, increase to 6–8%.
  • Manage approximately 40–45 new opportunities each month, averaging two discovery calls a day.
  • Maintain knowledge of every deal in your pipeline, including status, prospect needs, and next steps.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proposals, aiming for near-zero overdue tasks.
