[Hiring] Account Executive @Echo Global Logistics

Role Description

Echo’s Sales Operations Department is seeking a passionate, self-starter for our Account Executive I role. This role helps our sales team deliver outstanding service by supporting all functions of Echo’s clients’ shipping needs. Your work ethic, determination, and customer-first mentality will help you to build, secure and maintain relationships with key accounts while contributing to Echo’s long-term growth and success.

• Utilize Echo’s proprietary software to build and manage all shipments assigned to your team
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and priorities
• Work with internal partners to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on-time pickup and delivery
• Maintain and follow current operating procedures
• Partner with and mentor Logistics Coordinators to share workload and allow prioritization based on client needs
• Be an expert using Echo’s proprietary technology to perform all tasks required to fulfill client requests
• Work with multiple sales reps across multiple sales managers

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
• Relevant Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation industries preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service/handling customer issues
• Strong inter-departmental and client relationship building skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment that requires multi-tasking and problem solving
