This is a pivotal opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join LastPass's growing APAC team and lead net-new and expansion revenue across mid-market and corporate accounts in Australia. You will help organisations navigate the rapidly evolving challenges of SaaS security, credential management, and identity governance at exactly the moment the market demands it.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

Drive net-new and expansion revenue across a defined territory of corporate and commercial accounts in Australia.

Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and marketing-generated leads.
-
Engage IT-focused buyers in discovery conversations to understand their access management, security, and productivity needs.

Run sales opportunities from initial outreach and qualification through product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and close, with support from Sales Engineering and Customer Success.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, contributing to regular pipeline reviews and forecast updates.

Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to support co-selling motions.

Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and the broader APAC team to share insights, learn best practices, and continuously improve execution.

Participate in customer meetings, partner activities, and occasional industry or field events.

Build trusted relationships with customers and support them as they evaluate and adopt LastPass solutions.
Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS sales or a commercial role, with a proven ability to close deals and manage opportunities from discovery to close.

Experience selling to mid-market customers and/or working with IT-focused buyers, with confidence navigating buying processes and stakeholders.

Ability to follow a structured, consultative sales approach and build value-based business conversations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.

Organized and proactive approach to managing pipeline, accounts, and follow-ups.

Comfortable maintaining CRM hygiene and contributing to forecasting and reporting.

Coachable mindset - eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to develop professionally.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth SaaS environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and modern sales tools.

Uses AI to personalise outreach, prepare for discovery calls, and extract insight from CRM data using structured, repeatable prompting.
