Role Description
We’re looking for a high-performing, consultative Account Executive to drive revenue at Augment. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to demoing our AI platform and closing deals with top brokerages and logistics providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments and is energized by complex, technical sales. You’ll work closely with our founders, product team, and solutions engineers to deliver tailored AI solutions that solve real customer pain.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Sales

Own and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to close

Develop tailored strategies for high-value enterprise prospects

Conduct deep discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics

Deliver high-impact demos and business cases in partnership with Integrations Engineers

Pipeline Generation & Outbound Strategy

Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals

Leverage tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to run smart, scalable campaigns

Identify and engage multiple stakeholders across freight brokerages, 3PLs, and enterprise logistics orgs

Customer Collaboration & Solutioning

Work closely with prospects to scope AI integrations and workflows

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate needs into capabilities

Guide prospects through pilots, proof-of-concepts, and value validation

Forecasting, Process, and Feedback

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasts

Share customer insights to shape roadmap and GTM strategy

Help build sales playbooks, collateral, and best practices as we scale
Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market to enterprise deals

Strong technical acumen—you’re comfortable selling complex software and integrating into operational workflows

Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-threaded deals

Experience sourcing your own pipeline and running outbound strategies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-starter mentality with bias toward action and experimentation

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a startup environment
