Role Description

As the Account Director - AI & Infrastructure Providers at Inflect, you will report directly to our VP of Partnerships and you will drive the success and enablement of our AI and infrastructure partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible and strategic hands-on role where you own the lifecycle of assigned partners, ensuring top-tier performance on Inflect-routed opportunities while maintaining total marketplace trust.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to manage relationships; it’s for an operator who understands the technical nuances of colocation, network, GPUaaS, and bare metal. Working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Engineering, you will transform partner intelligence into actionable outcomes that accelerate deal velocity, enhance platform adoption, and improve opportunity routing efficiency. You are the architect of partner success, ensuring our marketplace remains the gold standard for digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in infrastructure, AI, cloud, hosting, or network sales/operations with a deep understanding of GPUaaS and colocation.
  • Highly analytical with a relentless focus on data hygiene, SLA compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to interface confidently with Fortune 500 leadership.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can navigate cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
