Role Description
As a Healthcare Account Development Manager, you will research and prospect healthcare organizations, scheduling in-person presentations with top-level executives. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying the unique needs of healthcare institutions and developing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy which drives value.

Developing new print business opportunities within existing healthcare accounts.

Partnering with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to identify opportunities within existing customer base.

Independently scheduling appointments, typically with Marketing, Procurement, or Operational executives.

Developing tailored programs with customized pricing using a consultative selling approach.

Developing account sales and strategy as well as managing the account handoff process in a team selling environment.

Achieving/exceeding sales targets for a defined sales and GP quota and earning uncapped commissions above target.

Being responsible for $7.5M+ in new pipeline annually, $2.5M+ in won business, $1.5M+ in incremental billed revenue.

Up to 30% travel throughout assigned geography (multiple states) for customer meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelor's preferred in Sales or Marketing or related field.

Computer knowledge, including extensive internet navigation and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous print marketing knowledge, program sales preferred.

General Knowledge: Healthcare Products Pricing, Competition, and Sales Objectives.

Previous experiences using Salesforce.com or a comparable sales tool.

Participating in internal account planning meetings to strategize on meeting the needs of healthcare clients.

Communicating performance metrics, sales forecasts, and account status reports to internal stakeholders.

Providing feedback to internal teams based on interactions with healthcare clients.

Collaborating with internal training and development teams to ensure sales and service teams are equipped with necessary knowledge.

Engaging in strategic discussions with leadership to align account development goals with overall business objectives.

Conducting regular meetings with healthcare clients to understand their needs and present solutions.

Communicating with healthcare clients during contract negotiations.
-
Conducting periodic account reviews with healthcare clients.
-
Using written communication to provide updates and document important aspects of client relationships.

Organizing and facilitating workshops or training sessions for healthcare clients.
-
Engaging in networking events within the healthcare industry.

Base salary $75,000 - $100,000 plus commissions.
