Role Description
As a Healthcare Account Development Manager, you will research and prospect healthcare organizations, scheduling in-person presentations with top-level executives. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying the unique needs of healthcare institutions and developing a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy which drives value.

Developing new print business opportunities within existing healthcare accounts.

Partnering with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to identify opportunities within existing customer base.

Independently scheduling appointments, typically with Marketing, Procurement, or Operational executives.

Developing tailored programs with customized pricing using a consultative selling approach.

Develop account sales and strategy as well as manage the account handoff process in a team selling environment.

Achieve/exceed sales targets for a defined sales and GP quota and earn uncapped commissions above target.

Responsible for $7.5M+ in new pipeline annually, $2.5M+ in won business, $1.5M+ in incremental billed revenue.

Up to 30% travel throughout assigned geography (multiple states) for customer meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelor's preferred in Sales or Marketing or related field.

Computer knowledge, including extensive internet navigation and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous print marketing knowledge, program sales preferred.

General Knowledge: Healthcare Products Pricing, Competition, and Sales Objectives.

Previous experiences using Salesforce.com or a comparable sales tool.
Requirements

Engage in regular communication with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts.

Participate in internal account planning meetings to discuss and strategize on how to best meet the needs of healthcare clients.

Communicate performance metrics, sales forecasts, and account status reports to internal stakeholders.

Provide feedback to internal teams based on interactions with healthcare clients.

Collaborate with internal training and development teams to ensure that the sales and service teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively engage with healthcare clients.

Engage in strategic discussions with leadership to align account development goals with overall business objectives.

Conduct regular meetings with healthcare clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and discuss account plans.

Communicate with healthcare clients during contract negotiations, discussing pricing, terms, and service level agreements.

Conduct periodic account reviews with healthcare clients to assess the performance of products and services.
-
Use written communication, including emails and formal documents, to provide updates and share information.

Organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions for healthcare clients.

Engage in networking events within the healthcare industry to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Base salary $75,000 - $100,000 plus commissions.
