Role Description
This role involves working as an independent life insurance agent with MacDonald Financial Solutions, offering the opportunity to build a successful career with unlimited earning potential.
- Contacting prospects
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments (over the phone or Zoom)
- Building personalized insurance packages
- Answering questions about coverage and carriers
- Growing and maintaining your own book of business
You will have the opportunity to sell various products:
- Life Insurance
- Accidental Death Insurance
- Retirement Savings and Income Strategies
- Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance
- Group Insurance
- Advanced Market Sales (including Indexed Universal Life and Fixed Index Annuities)
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work from home either part-time or full-time
- Hard-working with integrity
- Growth mindset and driven to succeed
- Willing to invest time in personal development
- Coachable and open to feedback for success
- Must live in the United States to apply
Requirements
- A Life/Health Insurance License is required
- Resources for pre-license certification and support for passing the state exam are provided

Compensation
- Part-Time Agents: $30,000 - $60,000 + in the first year
- Full-Time Agents: $80,000 - $200,000 + in the first year
