Role Description

The successful candidate will prospect, solution, price, and close Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national healthcare players (payors and providers) in multiple lines of business with focus on Clinical Processes.

  • Prospect and close BPO contracts with national and international companies across healthcare markets including Life Sciences.
  • Engage in prospect targeting, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing account management and growth activities.
  • Research and drive business expansion with a focus on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop growth and market expansion plans.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and services to maximize market reach.
  • Validate new industry verticals and market opportunities for customer care.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.
  • Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, and industry events.
  • Develop targeted presentations for new customers interested in learning more about our client’s services.
  • Work closely with the RFP team to ensure high quality of proposals and customer presentations.
  • Submit and handle proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity.
  • End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan for securing new clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 (five) years of Sales and/or Business Management in the Healthcare domain.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge and experience with Clinical Processes.
  • Experience with Workers Compensation preferred.
  • Experience with Home Health preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle including sales stages, process, and closure process.
  • Highly motivated and competitive with strong initiative, prospecting, and sales closure ability.
  • Track record of prospecting and closing new business with strong relationships with senior level executives.
  • Experience in business planning, account management, and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Problem-solving ability and strong negotiating skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
