Role Description

As the UK Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing Tradin Organic’s presence in the UK. This position offers a clear pathway for leadership development and long-term career growth. You will have the autonomy to build and expand a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, while also identifying new opportunities to enhance our market share.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive UK market strategy, driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion in close collaboration with Business units.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with existing accounts, focusing on long-term growth and mutual success.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK food market, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance market share.
  • Lead negotiations with customers of all sizes, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive profitability and growth.
  • Represent Tradin Organic at industry events and with key stakeholders to enhance visibility and credibility in the UK market.
  • Continuously monitor trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine our UK strategy.
  • Lead efforts to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share, with a focus on achieving tangible business results.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with a proven record of commercial success in the UK food industry.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business units to create cohesive strategies is a plus.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, market expansion, and identifying innovative growth opportunities.
  • A passion for working with diverse teams to create and execute strategic plans.
  • Skilled in managing all types of contracts from simple to complex and high-value with a focus on achieving commercial success.
  • A consultative approach that values listening and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • A focus on profitability, market share, and achieving tangible business results.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK, Europe and internationally.
