Role Description
This role involves working with existing channel partners and actively looking for opportunities to recruit and expand our channel by adding valuable new partnerships.
- Manage Partners in a designated territory to help them succeed in selling RingCentral to prospective customers
- Assist and train Partners to sell RingCentral via phone, email and/or RingCentral Video
- Manage relationship of Partner and Subject Matter Expert to ensure success of sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Channel Support Team on Partner escalation requests
- Provide Partners guidance in use of Partner Support
- On-board Partners by teaching the sales process and familiarizing them with all the success tools provided including the Partner Portal
- Maintain an updated pipeline by holding Partner pipeline calls and meetings
- Monitor and appropriately resolve partner escalations
- Drive Partner attendance to Partner Academy and other designated events
- Enable partners to host in market lead generation events
- Enable partners to Think RingCentral First
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success
- Verifiable history of exceeding sales goals
- Aptitude and attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast-paced environment
