Role Description
This role involves supporting customers with their questions while working from home. You will have the opportunity to travel to Sweden occasionally, experiencing the culture and cuisine.
- Dealing with Telephone Sales for the Swedish market
- Answering customer's requests by email, phone, and chat
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clients
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Qualifications
- High proficiency in Swedish
- Working proficiency in English
- Experience in a client telephone sales role is a strong advantage
- Confident, but personable telephone manner
- Dynamic, confident, and self-motivated
- Highly organized
- Desire to exceed targets with a hard-work attitude
