Role Description
Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Business Unit Manager, where you’ll drive growth, foster lasting customer relationships, and help define the strategic direction of our company.
- Define and execute sales and marketing objectives, aligning efforts with emerging market trends in high-tech sectors such as Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors.
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while proactively identifying new prospects and expanding relationships.
- Operate autonomously as a seasoned professional, fully responsible for managing your portfolio.
- Consistently seek new projects, identify and evaluate leads, and expand the customer base through innovative solutions and personalized engagement.
- Recruit and lead account-specific sales representatives, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results.
- Oversee project lifecycles, from initial development to production ramp-up, collaborating with Account Managers and manufacturing partners.
- Spearhead pricing negotiations, close deals, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Resolve customer concerns with efficiency, leveraging company-wide resources to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitors and recommending product and policy updates.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in sales and business management.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to develop lasting partnerships with key players in high-tech markets.
- Strong understanding of product offerings—Flex PCBs, Rigid-Flex Circuits, and electronic assemblies.
- Excellent organizational and strategic skills for opening new territories and closing deals.
Requirements
- 40-60% travel is expected to ensure a hands-on approach to customer engagement and project oversight.
