Role Description

As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships within the fixed gas and flame detection market. You will leverage your expertise to develop business strategies, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction in the Nordics region.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s market presence and revenue growth by effectively managing client accounts and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs in industrial safety and detection technologies.

You will report directly to our Product Business Leader - Europe North and you’ll work remotely on a full-time basis with 50% travel in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for fixed gas and flame detection products within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with Partners, key accounts, and Integrators, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the IMC segment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within industrial safety, fixed gas, or flame detection markets.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed gas and flame detection technologies and applications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (SFDC) and sales forecasting software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing or process safety sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
