Role Description
This role involves interfacing directly with Sinch's most important clients, presenting solutions to customer opportunities, and tracking customer requirements for input to Sinch Product Management.
- Act as a product expert and business-minded engineer, consulting with customers before and after purchase.
- Support individual Account Teams and act as a communication bridge between customer requirements and solution delivery.
- Aim to improve accuracy in understanding customer opportunities and deliver improved quality and speed to clients.
- Steer requirements away from bespoke development towards features beneficial to the wider client base.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably within a major tech company.
- Substantial experience collaborating directly with large clients.
- Experience in a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Requirements
- Ability to swiftly acquire an extensive understanding of Sinch products.
- Capability to conduct technical meetings autonomously.
- Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
- Accustomed to thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Part of the customer-facing team dedicated to providing exemplary service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform needs assessments and gather requirements.
- Collaborate with the Account Teams to provide expertise in technical, product, and market areas.
- Serve as the 'trusted advisor' for Sinch's current and upcoming solutions within accounts.
- Identify and foster business development opportunities for Sinch in partnership with the Account Teams.
- Internally coordinate with relevant Product Managers and Development teams to ensure effective communication of requirements.
- Build strong client relationships through innovation.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all requirements are documented, approved, and delivered.
- Prioritize to exceed clients' expectations.
- Engage with third parties or vendors as needed.
