Role Description

The Senior Compliance Operations Manager ensures that compliance standards are not only defined but consistently executed across client accounts. This role is responsible for overseeing adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service expectations while bringing structure and visibility to how work gets done.

Working across account management and leadership, you will:

• Identify risks early, connect insights across teams, and implement processes that are clear, repeatable, and scalable.
• Play a key role in turning inconsistent or manual workflows into disciplined operations that hold up under growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, client services, or a related field.
• Experience managing or overseeing client-facing teams or processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking in front of crowds and executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, auditing practices, or regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Location: WFH/Remote available (U.S. based only).
• Compensation: $110,000-$130,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential.
• Travel: Up to 5%.
• Department: Compliance.
