Role Description
As a Senior Account Executive at RDA, you’ll drive business development in your region, selling strategic consulting and digital services. This role requires deep experience in the digital consulting ecosystem—someone who understands CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, DAM, and enterprise digital solutions from both a sales and strategic perspective.
If you’ve successfully sold professional services and technology solutions in partnership with Sitecore, Optimizely, Storyblok, Contentful, BigCommerce, Commerce Cloud, or other enterprise platforms, we want to talk to you.
- Leverage Your Industry Experience: Apply your knowledge of digital transformation, platform implementation, and solution consulting to drive new business.
- Lead with Strategy: Help clients define objectives and success factors.
- Drive Growth: Expand service-based solutions like consulting, platform implementation, and app development.
- Tailor Solutions: Work with executives to craft custom strategies.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact projects.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage deals from lead to closing.
- Leverage Partnerships: Align with partners to drive revenue.
- Plan Strategically: Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot to accelerate growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in service-based sales within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
- Experience with CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, or Customer Portals.
- Success in leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue.
- Ability to convey complex solutions to senior executives.
- Willingness to travel for key client interactions.
Requirements
- Generous 6-digit base salary + commission on sales month after booking.
