Role Description
This role involves shaping the digital future of mobility by developing and supporting partners in the business field of telematics.
- Responsible for overall performance in Romania
- Research, identify, reach out and develop potential telematics customers in RO
- Build and develop trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Develop a relationship with Bridgestone Retail Network
- Cooperate with Bridgestone associates to generate referrals for both sides
- Respond to customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Cooperate with Channel Sales Partners and diversify Sales and Installation Partners
- Contribute to marketing events and brand awareness
- Follow market trends and news from customers about services, commercial conditions, and competitors
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (including Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Development) to improve overall customer experience
- This position will require constant travel throughout the designated territory
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales hunting roles with a proven successful track record
- Experience with the vehicle telematics/fleet management industry is preferable
- Motivated, tenacious, and persuasive
- Excellent listener with well-rounded negotiation and presentation skills
- Passionate about sales and technology with exceptional sales skills
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to impact and influence stakeholders
- Result-oriented, self-organized, and highly reliable
- Positive, optimistic, energetic, and hands-on attitude
- Native Romanian and fluent in English
