Role Description
We’re looking for a Sales Lead who knows how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a lasting business relationship. Your mission is to identify and engage companies that would benefit from custom-built software, and help them understand how we can support their growth.
- Proactively identify potential clients in need of custom software development
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Understand client needs and align them with our services
- Collaborate with our technical team to shape proposals and solutions
- Represent Agile Software Design in meetings, calls, and at industry events
- Drive the sales process from first contact to signed contract
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or tech services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Strong understanding of business needs across different industries
- Fluent in English and German (Other languages are a big plus)
- Methodical, independent, and results-driven
