Role Description

This role involves driving consultative, solutions-based automation sales.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Lead pre-sales activities, including qualification calls, site visits, gathering application requirements, proposal development, and financial presentations
Educate and support dealer sales teams to identify, qualify, and promote automation opportunities
Develop new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences
Accurately forecast orders, maintain CRM updates, and provide timely reporting for business planning
Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive solutions to drive continuous process improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Automation); equivalent experience will be considered
5-7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years without a degree

Requirements

2-5 years of experience delivering technical solutions to customers
2-4 years of experience in automation, robotics, or AGV/AMR systems preferred
Minimum of 2 years engaging with end users or leading project-related discussions
Familiarity with programming concepts through education or relevant professional experience
1-2 years of experience analyzing workflows in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Proven ability to manage time effectively while covering a multi-state territory (2+ years of travel experience)
