[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Reindeer AI

Role Description

This role involves helping fuel Reindeer’s growth in the US market as a Sales Development Representative. You will own the top of our sales funnel, working both inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.

• Account Research & Targeting: Research Mid Market and Enterprise accounts and key decision-makers to uncover needs and pain points.
• Outbound Opportunity Generation: Create a qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
• Lead Qualification & Discovery: Run discovery calls to assess fit, intent, and readiness to buy.
• Meeting Booking & Handoff: Book qualified meetings for AEs with strong context and smooth handoffs.
• KPI & Pipeline Ownership: Meet or exceed activity goals, KPIs, and pipeline targets consistently.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
• Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on customer trends, pain points, and Reindeer AI’s product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience a must
• Comfortable speaking with new people and confident initiating conversations
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
• Proactive and resilient. You don’t wait to be told what to do
• Growth-minded with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management skills

Requirements

• Internships, part-time roles, or non-traditional paths encouraged
• Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sequences tools etc.
