Role Description
This role involves working alongside two of our office-based operational teams, acting as a key primary contact for existing customers and building relationships with new customers as you follow up on sales opportunities and handle customer enquiries.
- Timely responses to customer enquiries
- Effective and timely follow-up of quotations
- Effective communication with both customers and colleagues by telephone, email and online
- Accurate sales forecasting
- Liaison across different business units to resolve customer queries swiftly
- Ensure data in our CRM and other key tools are kept up to date and managed in real-time
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure levels of service are high
- Work as part of the larger team to manage the priorities of each customer
- Have the drive and passion to create a great customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
